Hello all, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to the water this Wednesday 8th September 2021. As this is the first time that we are swimming since restrictions have been lifted here is some information to help with any questions you may have.
Term Dates
The Autumn 2021 Term is 13 weeks in total:
Weds 8th September - 8th December 2021
NO SWIM Wednesday 29th October 2021
Reminder of facility rules
Please park considerately on surrounding roads
Shoe covers must be worn where they are provided
Swimming hats are compulsory
No food on the premises especially nuts
Photography is strictly prohibited
Continuing procedures:
Attend swim ready where possible no more than 10 mins before your booking time.
Mixed gender changing facilities with an inbound and outbound system. Please keep ALL of your belongings with you.
Cleaning and sanitation station available.
Be mindful of others, (we each have our own experience of recent events).
Follow NHS guidance for symptoms
The following are NO LONGER compulsory but we welcome you to continue to observe them if you choose to:
Mask wearing in facilities
Social distanced seating
Teachers wearing visors
One guest per swimmer
Start of term information:
As always starting a new term means a few changes among classes, and welcoming new swimmers. Please be patient while everyone settles into their routine, and while teachers learn each swimmers ability. We have decided to swim widths for all swimmers in the first few weeks of term. This approach helps with transition as well as strengthening high standard technique in more able swimmers including starts and turns for more advanced swimmers.
Invoices and payments
Your invoice is live, when we receive a payment we aim to update your invoice within 5 working days. All invoices should now show your current fee status and your booking time. Payments can be made either by cash, cheque or transfer.
