Dear swimmers, in light of recent events we hope that the following information will answer any questions you may have about your swimming lessons. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families good health and to ask that you stay safe by following the guidelines offered by the Government and the NHS.
We were self isolating and could not attend a lesson is there anything I can do to claim this lesson back?
We would like to thank everyone who joined us for their swimming session prior to the recent closure of all UK schools. All absences on 17/03/20 and 18/03/20 will be subject to our terms and conditions however Let's Swim would like to offer swimmers who were following government guidelines by self isolating an 'alternative lesson'. This lesson can be redeemed as an additional lesson to your Summer Term booking and is subject to our terms and conditions. We will be in touch to arrange this once we have confirmed information about the re-opening of lessons.
What will happen to our remaining swimming lesson now that the schools are closed and how will we be reimbursed?
During the challenging time of the COVID-19 crisis Let's Swim have been carefully monitoring guidance of the British Government alongside advise offered by both governing bodies of Swimming, Swim England and Swimming Teachers Association (STA). After careful consideration Let's Swim have decided that the best course of action would be to postpone the final lesson of Spring Term. This lesson will be credited towards your Summer Term booking. And we will be in touch regarding a return date as soon as is reasonably possible.
I did not get an opportunity to place my deposit will I loose my swimmers place?
Currently we have frozen all new bookings and movement of classes, this means that all slots which have not been secured with a deposit will remain reserved until the new date of Tuesday 31st March. We are still accepting deposits for the new term and will be in touch with information to enable you to pay electronically. We will make further correspondence about how to pay within the next few days.
When will the Summer Term lessons commence?
The start date currently arranged for Summer Term is Tuesday 21st & Wednesday 22nd April 2020. Due to the recent extreme circumstances official advise and guidelines are changing daily. We can confirm that lessons will resume at the soonest opportunity and we will be in touch as soon as we are in a position to offer clarity regarding changes to our our official start date. Let's Swim would like to thank everyone for their continued support and patience with regards to confirmation of dates.
