Hello swimmers! We hope you are staying safe while enjoying the Summer Holidays. Here is an update for you with some exciting news. Lots of hard work and planning has taken place behind the scenes and we are now ready to start taking bookings for the Autumn Term.
Term Dates:
Autumn Term - 13 weeks
T 8th / W 9th Sept - T 13th / W 14th Oct (6 weeks)
HALF TERM: T 20th / W 21st Oct (no swimming)
T 27th / W 28th Oct - T 8th / W 9th Dec (7 weeks)
Priority Bookings:
All swimmers who were booked into a class back in March will receive a priority booking text over the weekend. We have reserved everyone a space which reflects, as closely as possible, to your original booking day and time. The priority bookings are reserved until
Sunday 16th August. After this date all spaces that have not been secured will be listed as available. To confirm your booking please follow instructions on Autumn Term 2020. If you have already made payment then your re-registration & enrollment will act as confirmation. As always please contact us if you need to discuss your booking.
Swim Safe Guidance: One of our main priorities over the last month has involved planning the safe return of our services. We understand that people will have questions about how swimming lessons will look come September so we have produced Swim Safe Guidance which explains in detail everything you need to know.
Prior to Returning:
Due to insurance purposes there are three forms that must be re-submitted before swimmers return to the pool. Swimmers will not be permitted to swim without having all three forms returned, this includes those booked onto the Crash Course.
We will require a Registration Form in order to update all contact information, this can be completed as one form per family. Once submitted you will be prompted with a link to enroll each swimmer. The purpose of the Enrollment Form is to collect information which will help us provide a safe and suitable lesson. Finally everyone is required to complete a Covid-19 Declaration this can be submitted once by a lead person on behalf of a family. Each form can be completed in a few minutes by following the coloured links.
